A look at Senator Dan Innis's record — and who it really serves.
He gambles your Future.
To advance his own.
Dan Innis has spent a decade chasing higher office. Here's the record he's built — on your Social Security, your schools, your health care, your energy bills, and more.

On data centers & your bills
Big Tech's Best Friend
Sided with the data centers over our communities.
When the legislature took up rules for massive data centers — the kind that strain the power grid, drive up electric bills, and guzzle water around the clock — Innis voted for the amendment that gutted the bill's protections. Its own sponsor said Republicans had stripped it down to "a shell."
That leaves Granite State communities with little say over the noise, water strain, and higher energy costs these facilities bring.

ON your Retirement
Privatize
Your Social Security
Dan Innis has backed privatizing Social Security — converting the guaranteed benefit you paid into over a lifetime into personal, market-based investment accounts.
Analysts warn that kind of plan would "end Social Security as we know it," drain the funds that pay current retirees, and cut benefits for as many as 70% of taxpayers.

On your schools & property taxes
Public dollars→private hands
Defunded public schools and shifted the cost to you
On March 27, 2025, Avard voted for SB 295 on a 16–8 party-line vote, stripping the income cap off the Education Freedom Account voucher program so even the wealthiest families qualify for taxpayer-funded private and charter tuition — accounts worth at least $4,265 per child, up to $9,676 for some.
Draining that money out of public schools pushes the cost onto local property taxpayers. He also voted to cap teacher pay.

On your health care
Doubts the science
Dismisses climate change while energy costs rise.
Innis has publicly questioned the human role in climate change, calling the primary causes "uncertain" and doubting their significance.
Opposing real investment in new energy sources leaves New Hampshire families paying more for power and more exposed to volatile fossil-fuel prices.

On your housing
$50K+
Big Pharma's Senator.
Innis has taken more than $50,000 from the insurance industry and Big Pharma. In return, he voted for a budget that hikes premiums on Medicaid-expansion enrollees and quadruples prescription copays from $1 to $4.
He backed Medicaid changes could cost up to 29,000 Granite Staters their coverage — and says he favors repealing the Affordable Care Act, which protects people with pre-existing conditions.
